Multiple sessions are available each day—choose the experience that suits you: Enjoy a one-hour private session reserved exclusively for your group. Comfortably accommodates 3–4 people. Or, if you prefer a more social atmosphere, community sessions are two hours, co-ed, and open to up to six participants. Reservations are per person (for example, 3 guests = 3 seats). It’s also a great option for larger groups who wish to book all available seats together.

Each session includes a 10-minute transition period. You are welcome to book available consecutive sessions for a longer sauna experience.
